This post looks back at smart home ideas from CES 2015, the big yearly tech show. Many of them help families live more simply, safely, and with more ease at home.

As we gear up for the 2016 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), I thought we’d revisit some of the more exciting smart home innovations to come out of CES 2015.  Since many of you attend CES as an exhibitor, sponsor or guest, you’re one of the first to experience all of the latest and greatest in-home and out-of-home technology that’s on the market today and will be down the road.  Rapid advances in technology now make it possible for all of us to live more simply, safely and with a whole lot more convenience.  Towards that end, here’s some of what CES showed the world back in January of this year . . . Smart Home Innovations at CES 2015. Wow!  We really have come a long way since the 1990’s.  Who would have thought that back in the 90’s, we would be able to detect and stop an intruder from entering our homes by using a synchronized system of products designed to keep you and your family safe from harm.  With the escalation of violence happening around the country, we never can be too careful.   And while web cameras, facial recognition and smartphones all have a role to play in protecting us, something (or someone) has to come along to connect all of these disparate products together so that they function as a unit.  What we’re talking about here is a fully- integrated system that possesses the collective power to deter and ultimately prevent a home invasion. 1 Sound Choice is in the business of helping you relax, whether you’re at home or away from home.  We seamlessly connect all of these products together, so you can rest easy, knowing that the system is keeping you and your family safe from harm.  Let’s face it; we’re at our best when we’re at ease. Your peace of mind is our number one priority.Peaceful Mind   Copyright 2015, 1 Sound Choice LLC.  All Rights Reserved.

What One Sound Choice clients say

I’d (tell others) that Ryan’s very professional and very easy to work with, in terms of budgeting and listening to what you want to have done. He never pushed us toward anything we couldn’t afford or didn’t want and he got the job done on time.

We were surprised with what (Ryan) took away from the conversation – even reading between the lines to put everything we wanted and needed right into his designs for us. At first, we really didn’t know who to go with; we hadn’t had any renovations to our home before. We set up a consultation and liked (Ryan) because he was personable, a good listener and knowledgeable. He asked about our wish list and gave us some ideas…which were great.

Truly One Sound Choice, you won’t find better. I called a couple of AV companies for quotes but on speaking with Ryan I had confidence that One Sound Choice would do the job right. Most companises had assured me that they would not have to cut holes in my walls to achieve my project goals. Ryan was up front, honest and realistic outlining all the possible challenges my install might face whilst reassuring me that One Sound Choice had the capabilitiy and expertise to meet my goals. Consulation was painless and Ryan and Kenny captured my requirements perfectly and offered advice based on their experience regarding optional additons to the project, which were practical and delivered exceptional enhancements. Ryan provided me with a view of what could be achieved given my requirements and then worked with me complete the project with consideration to my budget, but without compromising the final solution. Even completed the project without requiring any patch work which was a bonus. Ryan and Kenny were a pleasure to work with, respectful and courteous and I had confidence having them in our home. Highly recommend for any AV work you are considering. You will not be disappointed with the results.
