We check each piece on the visit. If something is too old to talk to the system, we tell you. Then you decide if it is worth replacing. We do not start by selling you a new house full of gear.
What does one remote feel like on movie night?
You press one button. The TV turns on. The sound comes up. The lights dim. The shades come down.
Your kids can do it. Your parents can do it when they visit. The babysitter can do it without a phone call. If the remote slips into the couch, you can still use the app or a keypad on the wall.

What one system will not do

Can the pool, hot tub, and sprinklers be on the same system?
Often, yes. The outside of the house is where most of the extra apps hide.
Pool heat, hot tub, yard lights, and sprinklers can sit right next to the TV and lights in one app. On a summer night you can warm up the hot tub from the kitchen. You can turn on the patio lights without walking to the garage. We check what your pool and yard gear can connect to before we promise anything.
